We are pleased to inform you that FIEO is organizing participation of Indian companies in the "Sourcex Australia” to be held as per the following schedule:
Event Dates: 13 March, 2024 (Wednesday)
Venue : Melbourne Convention Centre, Melbourne, Australia
Timings : 10 am to 5 pm (Local Australia Time)
Australia is one of the important trading partners of India. At present balance of trade is in favor of Australia and there is an immense potential to increase India’s exports to this region. India’s exports to Australia include textiles, precious and semi-precious stones, made-ups, floor covering, jewelry, footwear, travel goods, handbags, Leather goods and agro products etc. Melbourneis the capital and most populous city in the state of Victoria, and thesecond most populous cityinAustralia. It is a leading financial center in Australia, as well as theAsia-Pacificregion. In addition, the implementation of India – Australia ECTA in December, 2022, has added fuel to the fire and given the trade a much-needed spark to enhance and scale new heights of bilateral trade engagements between the two economies. Further, the two sides are now working on the Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement (CECA) to open and create more opportunities in diverse areas of trade and cooperation.
THE EVENT:
The SOURCEX AUSTRALIA is an exclusive stage set for Indian Exporters to get connected with the multi sector decision-makers in the Food & Beverages, Automation, Engineering Goods, Pharma and Medical Equipment, Buying Agents & Importers in the Oceania Region. Procurement managers and suppliers will get to interact with Indian exporters and will enable them to strike bulk deals to ensure seamless operations. It’s a win-win situation for all stakeholders in the sourcing business for the entire retail value chain.
The event will focus on one-to-one B2B meetings with dedicated buyers based upon exhibitor’s profile. Every participating exhibitor shall be entitled for minimum of 10-12 one to one meetings.

The below subsidized participation fee is based on the anticipated grant from the Ministry. In case of any variation the participation fee may be revised.

Participation Fees includes Standard built up stall having Fascia with Company Name, One Table, Two Chairs, 2 Spotlights, one Power Socket, one Dustbin, 3 Nights complimentary Hotel Stay in 4* or equivalent Hotel |

Note: This fee does not include sending display material, any additional fixtures & furniture in the booth. These are to be borne by the companies. |
NOTE:
As per DOC, a company can avail MAI assistance up to a maximum of three times (including past cases) for a particular event. Thereafter they shall not be eligible for the subsidy.
VISA:
FIEO will issue the visa recommendation letter to the participants. (Only 2 persons per company)
